Delish Tapioca Side dish/Palya
Tapioca side dish is a simple and tasty palya or side dish recipe. enjoy the recipe.
- 2 Cups Cooked Tapioca
- 1 Onion chopped
- ½ tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Oil
- ¼ tsp Mustard Seeds
- ½ tsp Channa and urad dal
- pinch Turmeric Powder
- 1 or 2 Dry chili
- 1 or 2 tbsp Grated coconut
- Salt (As per taste)
- Water (As required)
Firstly clean and remove the skin of the tapioca.
Chop them into small cubes.
Take pressure cook and add in chopped tapioca, 1 cup water and pressure cook for 3 whistle.
Take a pan add in oil, mustard, channa and urad dal, onion, dry chili and curry leaves.
Now add in turmeric powder, chili powder and required salt.
Close the lid and cook for 2 minutes in low flame. If required add in little water.
Now add in grated coconut and chopped coriander leaves.
- If you want gravy consistency then add in little water or coconut milk.
