Tawa Tomato bath or tomato Pulao is a quick and tasty bath recipe with step by step pictures and instructions are given below, hope you all like it. We can prepare this tomato bath gravy and can be stored in air tight container and refrigerate it, and can be used when ever required. It can be stored for 3 to 5 days.
Ingredients:
Fresh tomatoes, oil, onion, crushed garlic, ginger garlic paste, mustard seeds, urad dal, channa dal, bay leaf, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt to taste, water as required, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, mint leaves, fennel seeds, bay leaf.

How to make Quick Tawa Tomato Bath ot Tomato bath gravy:
- Firstly heat a pan and add in oil, mustard seeds, fennel seeds, bay leaf, urad dal, channa dal.
- Then add in chopped onions, green chilies, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, crushed garlic. Cook till the garlic and onions turn slightly brown.
- Then add in chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, salt to taste. Then close the lid and cook till the tomatoes becomes soft, and the raw smell goes away completely.
- Then add in red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder. Saute till the raw smell of the spices goes away.
- Then add in chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves.
- If required add in salt and little sugar at this stage and cook for another 2 minutes and switch off the flame.
- Finally the quick and tasty tomato bath gravy is ready to serve.

- Pan
- 5 big Tomatoes
- 1 big Onion
- 8 Crushed garlic
- ⅛ tsp Ginger garlic paste
- ⅛ tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 Green chili
- ¼ tsp Red chili powder
- 2 tsp Coriander powder
- ½ tsp Garam masala powder
- 2 tbsp Oil
- ¼ tsp Fennel seeds
- 1 bay leaf
- ⅛ tsp Mustard seeds
- 2 string Curry leaves
- ½ tsp Urad dal
- ½ tsp Channa dal
- Coriander leaves chopped
- Mint leaves chopped
- Salt to taste
- ½ cup Water
