Pumpkin Curry without Coconut
Pumpkin Curry without Coconut is a easy, simple and healthy curry recipe, goes well with chapati, poori, served as an accomplishment with rice.
- Pan
- 200 Grams Pumpkin
- 1 Medium onion
- 1 tbsp Oil
- ¼ tsp Mustard seeds
- ⅛ tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Channa dal
- ½ tsp Urad dal
- 1 spring Curry leaves
- ¼ tsp Red chili powder
- ¼ tsp Coriander powder
- ⅛ tsp Garam masala powder
- 1 tbsp Drumstick leaves (Optional)
- Salt to taste
- ½ cup Water

Heat a pan and add in oil, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, sliced onions, cut pumpkin.

Now add in turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, curry leaves, salt to taste, little water, pinch of hing. Then close the lid and cook for 8 to 10 minutes in medium flame.

Later sprinkle some chopped drumstick leaves and cook for another 1 minutes and switch off the flame.
