Simple Egg Fried Rice

This is a simple egg fried rice recipe. It does not contain any sauce. Main ingredients required are eggs, steamed rice, pepper powder, salt. It should be cooked on high flame.

It is a simple breakfast recipe. To make it more healthier even you can add veggies of your choice.

Simple Egg Fried Rice

It is a Scrambled egg fried rice recipe. It may look simple but it really tastes good.

  • 2 Cups Cooked Rice
  • 3-4 Eggs
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 Spring Curry leaves
  • ¼ tsp Chili powder
  • ¼ tsp Pepper Powder
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt (As per taste)
  1. Take a pan and add in oil, onion, curry leaves, chili powder, eggs.



  2. Cook till the the eggs become scrambled eggs.



  3. Add in cooked rice, pepper powder and salt. Ready to serve.



  1. Even you can add in any veggies of your choice.
