Yummy Paneer Sandwich Recipes is a simple and yet tasty recipe. You can have it has snacks and even as breakfast. Paneer is a fresh cheese common in the Indian subcontinent. It is an non melting soft cheese made by curdling milk with a fruit or vegetable derived acid, such as lemon juice. So, the ingredients used in this recipe are paneer, frozen peas, onion, tomato, spring onion, red chili powder, coriander powder, tumeric powder, garam masala, ginger garlic, oil, salt to taste.

Simple Paneer Sandwich

Paneer sandwich is very easy to make with few ingredients. It takes less than 15 minutes to prepare. It can be served as snacks or even as breakfast.

  • 200 grams. Paneer (chopped or scrambled)
  • 1 nos. Big Onion
  • 1 nos. Tomato
  • ¼ cup Frozen green peas
  • 1 tbsp Spring Onions
  • ½ tsp Chili Powder
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • ¼ tsp Garam Masala
  • ¼ tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt (As per taste)
  1. Take a pan. Add in Oil, Onion chopped, Tomato chopped.



  2. Add in Spice Powders.



  3. Add in Paneer, Spring Onions, Green Peas, Coriander Leaves.



  4. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes in low flame.



  5. Take a bread spread some butter and paneer mixture.



  6. Toast.



  7. Serve hot.



  1. You can also spread green chutney for extra taste.
