Simple Paneer Sandwich

Paneer sandwich is very easy to make with few ingredients. It takes less than 15 minutes to prepare. It can be served as snacks or even as breakfast.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams. Paneer (chopped or scrambled)
  • 1 nos. Big Onion
  • 1 nos. Tomato
  • ¼ cup Frozen green peas
  • 1 tbsp Spring Onions
  • ½ tsp Chili Powder
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • ¼ tsp Garam Masala
  • ¼ tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt As per taste

Instructions
 

  • Take a pan. Add in Oil, Onion chopped, Tomato chopped.

  • Add in Spice Powders.

  • Add in Paneer, Spring Onions, Green Peas, Coriander Leaves.

  • Cook for 3 to 5 minutes in low flame.

  • Take a bread spread some butter and paneer mixture.

  • Toast.

Notes

  1. You can also spread green chutney for extra taste.
