- ½ cup Wheat Flour
- ½ cup Chopped Apple
- ¼ cup Thick curd
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Jaggery powder
- 1 inch Cinnamon sticks
- Pinch of nutmeg Powder
- ⅛ tsp Baking soda
- ¼ tsp Baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp Water
- 2 tbsp Honey
Take a mixer jar and add in chopped apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, jaggery. Ground them into paste.
Take a bowl and add in wheat flour, pinch of salt,baking soda, baking powder and ground paste. Give a mix add little water if required.
Pre heat a pan by adding enough water and place a stand.
Grease the cake pan or bowl and add in chopped apples at the bottom of the pan or bowl and add in cake batter.
Place the cake pan or bowl and steam them for 30 minutes.
Finally the cake is ready and some honey on top of the cake and serve.
