Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Steamer or a large bottom pan
  • Bowl or Cake pan

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Wheat Flour
  • ½ cup Chopped Apple
  • ¼ cup Thick curd
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Jaggery powder
  • 1 inch Cinnamon sticks
  • Pinch of nutmeg Powder
  • tsp Baking soda
  • ¼ tsp Baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 2 tbsp Honey

Instructions
 

  • Take a mixer jar and add in chopped apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, jaggery. Ground them into paste.
  • Take a bowl and add in wheat flour, pinch of salt,baking soda, baking powder and ground paste. Give a mix add little water if required.
  • Pre heat a pan by adding enough water and place a stand.
  • Grease the cake pan or bowl and add in chopped apples at the bottom of the pan or bowl and add in cake batter.
  • Place the cake pan or bowl and steam them for 30 minutes.
  • Finally the cake is ready and some honey on top of the cake and serve.
