Is a popular and delicious dish in India recipe. It is made with boiled eggs, spices, and basmati rice. Even we can make veg biryani too using the same recipe. It is a one-pot egg biryani, very simple and easy to prepare. It is usually served with raita or gravy. Furthermore, it can be served with Salan or Shorba (Sherva) too. Traditionally it is served with cut onions, cucumber, and lemon.

- 2 tbsp Oil or ghee
- 1 tsp Fennel seeds
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 inch Cinnamon
- 3 Cloves
- 2 Cardamom
- 2 big Onion
- 1 Green chili
- ½ cup Coriander leaves
- ½ cup Mint leaves
- 2 Medium Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- ¼ cup Thick curd
- 1 tsp Red Chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 6 Boiled eggs
- 2 cups Water
Heat a pan and add in oil or ghee, fennel seeds, cloves, cinnamon stick, and bay leaf.
Add in sliced onions and fry till golden brown.
Then add in the chopped coriander and mint leaves. Give a mix and cook for 2 minutes.
Later add in thick curd. Salt to taste.
Add in boiled eggs.
Add in water and allow it to boil. Later close the lid and allow it to cook.
Finally, tasty egg biryani is ready to serve.
