- ½ kg Ladies finger
- ½ cup Gram flour
- 1 tbsp Rice flour
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- ⅛ tsp Turmeric powder
- Few chopped curry leaves
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
Firstly clean and slice ladies fingers thinly and keep it aside.
Then add in gram flour, rice flour, red chili powder, coriander powder, chopped curry leaves, salt to taste.
Then add in little water and give a mix.
Deep fry them in a hot oil till the pakodas becomes crisp and golden color.
Finally the crispy and tasty ladies finger pakodas are ready to serve.
