Veg Roll | How to make Veg Roll is a healthy and tasty roll recipe. It is very simple and easy to prepare. We can make this roll with whichever vegetable we like.

- 2 to 3 Prepared chapati
- 1 big carrot
- 1 medium beetroot
- 1 Capsicum
- 1 cup Sliced Cabbage
- ΒΌ tsp Pepper powder
- Pinch of turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Oil
Firstly heat a pan and add in oil and all sliced vegetables. Vegetables like cabbage, beetroot, capsicum, carrot. Give a mix and cook till the vegetables are cooked nicely.
Then add in pepper powder, pinch of turmeric powder, salt to taste. Give a mix and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
Then in a plate place a prepared chapati, spread tomato sauce, add in prepared vegetable stuffing.
Fold it at the bottom. Roll it as shown in the image.
Finally the Veg roll is ready to serve.
