- 500 Kg Chicken pieces
- 1 Big Onions
- 2 Green chilies
- 10 to 15 Crushed garlic
- 1 string Curry leaves
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
- ⅛ tsp Turmeric powder
- ¼ tsp Cumin powder
- ⅛ tsp Pepper powder
- 2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala powder
- ¾ cup Coconut Milk
- 2 cup Water
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Oil
Firstly heat a pan and add in oil, crushed garlic, curry leaves. Saute till the garlic turns light brown or crispy.
Then add in cut onions, green chilies. Saute till the onions becomes soft and translucent.
Now add in chicken, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder, pepper powder, salt to taste, water as required.
Once the chicken is nice coated and cooked with the spice powders, at the end add in coconut milk. Allow it boil for another 5 minutes and switch off the flame.
Finally garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice, chapati, dosa, ragi ball.
