CHICKEN DRY FRY

Chicken Dry Fry is a simple, delicious and tasty chicken recipe. It can be served as an accomplishment with sambar rice, rasam rice, chapati. It is very simple and easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

Chicken, Oil, crushed garlic, onion chopped, kashmiri chili powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, few curry leaves, pepper powder, lemon juice, salt to taste, water.

Methods:

How to make Chicken Dry Fry:

  • Heat a pan and add in oil, crushed garlic. Fry till the garlic becomes brown.
  • Then add in chopped onions, curry leaves.
  • Add in kashmiri chili powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder.
  • Give a mix and saute for 2 minutes. In low flame.
  • Then add in cleaned chicken.
  • Give a mix and add in 1/2 cup water, salt to taste.
  • Then close the lid and allow the chicken to cook completely.
  • At the end, add in pepper powder and squeeze lemon juice. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Finally, the Chicken dry fry is ready to serve.

  • ½ kg Chicken

  • 2 tbsp. Oil

  • 6 Crushed garlic

  • 1 big Chopped Onion

  • 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder

  • 1 tsp Coriander powder

  • ½ tsp Red chili powder

  • ⅛ tsp Turmeric powder

  • Few curry leaves

  • ¼ tsp Pepper powder

  • 2 tbsp. Lemon juice

  • Salt to taste

  • ½ cup Water
